-Typically, we take 5-7 business days. During busier seasons like December, it might extend to 7-10 business days.
How long does it take for the item to arrive at my house?
- From the moment of purchase, including the creation time, you can expect your lightbox to arrive in an estimated 2-3 weeks. Please note that delivery times may slightly vary due to high shipping company workloads.
Which shipping companies do you use?
- For lightboxes smaller than 18", we use China Post. For larger orders exceeding 21", we opt for DHL Express or UPS.
What is included in the lightboxes?
- Generally, they come with a 10ft USB cable with a dimmer function. Soon, we'll also include a 5.1A 12V output charger, and the cable will be USB C (Check availability).
Is the magnetic stand included in my purchase?
- No, it's not included. You'll need to add it to your cart and make a separate purchase for the magnetic stand.
Can I buy the magnetic stand without purchasing a lightbox?
- Yes, you can. Simply find the magnetic stand listing and make the purchase. However, note that you can't buy the stand directly from a lightbox listing. If attempted, we'll cancel the order and guide you to purchase from the correct listing.
Do the lightboxes have RGB function and sound interaction?
- Inquire about availability, as adding these features may result in a different cost compared to our standard listings.

Yes, we can! In fact, designs you see in our stores can be modified to suit your preferences.
Choose your topper size on the product page and click Add to Cart.
Go to the Add-Ons / Upgrades section and add the features you want to your cart (example: Back-Lit, Magnetic Stand, Multi-Layer, etc.).
Make sure your cart shows 1 topper + the add-ons you selected.
Checkout and you’re done.
Tip: If you’re not sure which upgrades fit your machine or want a custom combo, just message me and I’ll help you set it up.
What if my topper arrives damaged?
No worries! If your topper or lightbox arrives broken or damaged, just send us clear photos within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send you a new one for free or give you a full refund—your choice.
What if my order gets lost in shipping?
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost and never arrives, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost or give you a full refund.
Do I have to pay anything if there's a problem?
Nope! If your topper is damaged or lost, we cover everything—no extra fees, no hassle.
How long do I have to report a problem?
You have 7 days after delivery to report any damage. If your order is lost, contact us anytime if your tracking hasn’t updated or seems stuck.
