Which shipping companies do you use?
We use China Post for lightboxes under 18". For sizes over 21", we ship via DHL Express or UPS.
What’s included with the lightbox?
Each lightbox includes a 10ft USB cable with dimmer. If no magnetic stand is ordered, we include a set of clear L-brackets for mounting.
Is the magnetic stand included?
No — it must be purchased separately.
Can I buy just the magnetic stand?
Yes. Please buy it from the stand’s listing (don’t add it through a lightbox listing).
Do you make custom designs?
Yes. We can modify this design or create a custom one from scratch — message me your idea.

- Generally, they come with a 10ft USB cable with a dimmer function. Soon, we'll also include a 5.1A 12V output charger, and the cable will be USB C (Check availability).
Is the magnetic stand included in my purchase?
- No, it's not included. You'll need to add it to your cart and make a separate purchase for the magnetic stand.
Can I buy the magnetic stand without purchasing a lightbox?
- Yes, you can. Simply find the magnetic stand listing and make the purchase. However, note that you can't buy the stand directly from a lightbox listing. If attempted, we'll cancel the order and guide you to purchase from the correct listing.
Do the lightboxes have RGB function and sound interaction?
- Inquire about availability, as adding these features may result in a different cost compared to our standard listings.
